Trick-or-treaters haven’t collected their candy yet, but marketers’ eyes are on the holiday shopping season ahead. A number of indicators suggest 2016 will be stronger than 2015, with strong growth in e-commerce. In this Trend Insights analysis, we make a list and check it twice, looking at anticipated spending patterns, when shopping is expected to peak, and what categories look like the big winners this year.
