Before coming to Comcast Spotlight, Kelly served as Vice President of Local Ad Sales at Turner Networks, managing and setting strategy for sales, marketing, and retail teams and overseeing the Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, CNN, CNN en Español, CNNI, TBS, TCM, and TNT brands. Before her tenure at Turner, Ryan worked in local ad sales for MTV Networks and The Weather Channel. She also has previous experience in promotions and production.
