Phil Paligraf
Vice President, Central Region
As the Vice President of the Central Region of Comcast Spotlight, Phil Paligraf is responsible for overseeing local, regional and national sales for Comcast Spotlight’s On Air, Online and On Demand products across eight major DMAs throughout Indiana and Michigan. Paligraf is also responsible for all marketing and production functions in the Region.
 
Phil joined Comcast Spotlight in August, 2002. Prior to 2002, he held the position of General Manager at WTTV, the leading Indianapolis WB affiliate. During his 19 year run at WTTV, he held the positions of Local Sales Manager and General Sales Manager before being named General Manager in 1998.
 
Phil holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Butler University.
Teresa Lucido
General Manager: Michigan
Teresa has an extensive background in the advertising sales arena and brings a tremendous amount of experience, knowledge, relationships and leadership skills to this position. She joined Spotlight in 2006, and prior to her current position she managed the Field Marketing and Specialty Sales team. Before joining Comcast Spotlight, Teresa spent 18 years at Detroit Newspapers, serving as the Vice President of Advertising Sales for the final six years of her tenure.
Steve Luff
Senior Director of Local Sales: Michigan
Steve has more than 18 years of cable sales and management experience in the Michigan and Minneapolis markets. He currently leads the local sales operation across Michigan. This past October, Steve assumed responsibility for the newly created Detroit local automotive team, which is one of only a few Comcast Spotlight automotive teams in the country.
Jim Spadafore
Director Of Regional & National Sales: Michigan
Jim oversees Michigan Sales Planning and execution for Regional and National accounts in the state of Michigan. Prior to his current position, he was the Director of Field Marketing & Specialty Sales where he led efforts in the automotive, healthcare, political, sports marketing and business development areas.
 
Jim has been with Comcast Spotlight since 2004. Before to joining Comcast Spotlight, he spent 6 years with the Detroit Tigers organization where he ultimately advanced to the position of Director of Corporate Sales. 
 
Jim earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Marketing from American University in Washington, DC.
