Why Cable Advertising Works

We give businesses a chance to be on the cutting edge of advertising.  We can target lifestyles- think HGTV, Fox News and ESPN-in areas from which you draw customers. You can advertise within a Monday Night Football game just in Clarksville, TN or Murray, KY to reach a large audience- right in your back yard. With emerging technology like XFINITY.com and Video on Demand, you can target as large or as niche of an audience where clients find entertainment value.

Top 3 Questions

Q: Why are you Comcast Spotlight? – We don’t have Comcast Cable!

A:  Comcast Spotlight works with many Cable Operators like Charter, NewWave and MediaCom, to sell their cable advertising.  That way you can choose the areas that make sense for your advertising dollars, without having to call several different reps.

Q:  I can advertise in just one area on Lifetime?  How does that work?

A: Wherever one of our cable systems has service, that is where our advertising is shown.  We have equipment waiting for a national network, like TNT, to send down a signal for us to play a local: 30 spot. That allows us to play a commercial within that cable area.  This gives you the option to pick and choose which networks and which “zones” make sense for your business.

Q: Isn’t this really complicated?

A: Some potential clients may get the impression that with the choices of networks, the different zones and having to produce a commercial, it is too complicated to advertise on cable.  However, that is where our Account Executives come in.  They make it easy by sitting down with you to help you determine which areas and which networks make the most sense for your business.  We have a full production team that works with you and your AE through the entire process from script to final product.
