Live Rescue

Live Rescue, A&E's live original documentary series, is moving to Thursday nights, with new episodes premiering on July 18 beginning at 9:00 pm (ET). Hosted by veteran journalist Ashleigh Banfield with analysis from first responders, "Live Rescue" follows first responders from across the country as they bravely put their lives on the line responding to emergency rescue calls.

 

Preacher / The Terror: Infamy / Lodge 49

AMC Networks announced premiere dates for some returning original series.

AMC’s fourth and final season of Preacher bows Sunday, August 4 at 9:00 pm (ET). As the series inches closer to the end, God’s endgame for the universe begins to click into place.

Season 2 of The Terror: Infamy bows Monday, August 12 at 9:00 pm (ET) on AMC, followed by the sophomore season of Lodge 49 at 10:00 pm (ET).

The Walking Dead

Season ten of The Walking Dead arrives Sunday, October 6 at 9:00 pm (ET), it was announced at Comic-Con. Series regular Danai Gurira (Michonne) revealed it will be her final season on the zombie drama.

 

Fear Fest / Best Christmas Ever

AMC is continuing its tradition of Halloween and Christmas marathons. FearFest, now in its 23rd consecutive year, bows Sunday, October 13 at 10:00 am (ET). The horror marathon brings the fright leading up to October 31 with 19 days of genre programming featuring 80 films. In addition, Best Christmas Ever returns Monday, November 25 at 7:00 pm (ET). This year’s event, which runs through Christmas Day, features the largest slate of holiday programs to date and expands to all five networks.

 

The Preppy Murder: Death in Central Park

The Preppy Murder: Death in Central Park will be simulcast on AMC and Sundance TV over three consecutive nights beginning Wednesday, November 13 at 9:00 pm (ET). The five-part series reexamines one of the most infamous crimes in recent American history - the 1986 killing of Jennifer Levin at the hands of Robert Chambers.

 

The Zoo: San Diego

From the producers of Animal Planet's The Zoo and the upcoming The Aquarium comes The Zoo: San Diego - an all-new series that provides Animal Planet's global audiences with a revealing, behind-the-scenes look at San Diego Zoo Global, whose mission is to save species worldwide while inspiring passion for animals and nature. Featuring two parks, the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, as well as the San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research, San Diego Zoo Global is home to more than 700 species and 6,500 animals. Their stories will be featured in every episode of The Zoo: San Diego, which has a special 2-hour season premiere on Saturday, August 10th at 8:00 pm (ET), then the following week will return to its regular time of 9:00 pm (ET).

 

I Was Prey

A new season of I Was Prey premieres on Animal Planet on Wednesday, August 14 at 10:00 pm (ET). Series offers first-person accounts of people who survived life-or-death situations with animals

 

Monty Python’s Flying Circus 50th Anniversary Celebration

Monty Python’s Flying Circus 50th Anniversary Celebration will debut on BBC America this September. Special honors the famous comedy group with a marathon of Monty Python’s Flying Circus episodes, Monty Python’s Life of Brian and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

 

Seven Worlds: One Planet

Coming to BBC America is Seven Worlds: One Planet. Millions of years ago incredible forces ripped apart the Earth's crust creating seven extraordinary continents. Seven Worlds, One Planet presented by Sir David Attenborough, will reveal how each distinct continent has shaped the unique animal life found there. This series will feature remarkable, new animal behavior from all the continents including the baking plains of Africa and the frozen waters off Antarctica. In Asia, the biggest of all continents, we will showcase life at the extremes, whilst in Europe we will reveal surprising wildlife dramas hidden right alongside us. The series, a BBC AMERICA co-production, will celebrate the diversity of life on each of these continents, but also the many challenges faced by animals in a modern world dominated by humanity. By telling unknown, unseen and unexpected wildlife stories, we will uncover the fundamental truth about what makes each one of our seven worlds unique.

Sistas / The Oval

BET Networks and Tyler Perry Studios announced today the new original dramatic comedy, Sistas, the second series under Perry's exclusive, multi-year content partnership deal with Viacom. Starring KJ Smith, Ebony Obsidian, Mignon Von, and Novi Brown, "SISTAS," follows a group of single black females from different walks of life who bond over their one common thread: why am I single? In this bold new series, viewers watch these women navigate their "complicated love life" status, careers and friendship through the ups-and-downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. Sistas will premier this fall on BET.

Also premiering this fall on BET is the 25-episode new original drama "The Oval." It tells the story of a family placed in the White House by people of power while also highlighting the personal side and everyday lives of the staff who run the inner workings of the nation's most iconic residence.

The Real Housewives of Dallas

Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Dallas returns for a fourth season on Wednesday, September 4, at 9:00 pm (ET). Brandi Redmond, D’Andra Simmons, Kameron Westcott, LeeAnne Locken and Stephanie Hollman are back for the new season, joined by new housewife Kary Brittingham.

 

Married to Medicine

Bravo's Married to Medicine premieres Sunday, September 8th at 9:00 pm (ET). Coming up this season: Dr. Jackie is in full renovation mode building a brand new practice, moving into a new home with Curtis and continuing to rebuild their marriage; Dr. Heavenly and Damon are broadening their medical horizons by opening a surgical center all while keeping the flame in their marriage on high; Dr. Simone and Cecil are still under one roof and enjoying family life as Cecil takes on a new title as Dr. Simone's assistant; Dr. Contessa is going back to school to get her masters and working to open a new clinic with her husband Scott. Quad is living her best life and feeling liberated as she works on her inner happy and treating herself; Toya and Eugene are looking to add a new member to their family along with moving into their new home; Mariah and Aydin are embracing their children growing up and teaching them life lessons. On the business front, Mariah is working on opening a boutique in her hometown; Buffie is a new friend to the "Married to Medicine" crew and as the wife of psychiatrist Dr. David Purselle, she takes her MrsMD very seriously.
